Having exercise in the morning makes you enjoy the day more!
Prove it by your own! Wake up in the morning (an hour or two hours earlier from your neighbors’ average time to wake up)! Put on your sport attributes and get some exercise, not too long, just make your body warm and your heart rate increase a little bit. Your blood will flow healthily and the circulation of blood to your brain runs smoothly. Morning energy places you to the best condition of you and automatically you’ll feel comfortable with every single part of body. It makes you have more awareness so that you can enjoy the day more than yesterday.

3 Keys in Learning Language
There are many ways, tips and tricks in learning a language. Those are really useful to improve our language skill. Here are 3 keys that I found the most powerful ones
1. Be sticky with the language
You have to be as close as possible with the language you are studying
2. Listen the language as frequent as possible
You don’t need to think, just listen it! You’ll practice how those words are pronounced without realizing it
3. Practice every day although only a little
Don’t skip even one day to study! Just little thing such as memorizing 3/5 words a day or read a passage/ write your few activities in the language, speak some words out laud,
Small step today, is a GREAT CHANGE will be, in your future!

Stress!!! It’s easy to escape from it!
It’s normal for people to feel stress. Usually in such condition we don’t have any mood or enthusiasm in doing anything. All we want to do is sleep, eat a lot; either not eats at all, have a desire to suicide take arrest for a while.
Try to distract your self to something enjoyable, try to loose your eyes, soften your brain, drink a glass of mineral water, and lay down your back a couple of minutes until you feel better. Let your imagination bring you to your childhood time, to a picnic atmosphere 2 months ago in Bali, or to the park where you met your girl friend for the first time. Put your self in different point of view, out side you’re self!
Feel that the nature supports you! Listen to the sound of the wind! Feel the blow of it! Take a slowly and deep breath!
If you want to sleep, make sure you put your imagination to bring it to the dream world. And finally, feel the difference with your condition three hours ago!
